## Ordering & Operations

- **Design Your Own (DYO):** All products are customised via an online DYO tool — choose a pattern, set colours, upload logos, add team name/numbers, then submit sizes and quantities.
- **Production method:** Full dye sublimation — design is permanently dyed into the fabric. Lightweight, breathable, and fade-resistant. Suitable for logos, lettering, numbers, and sponsor artwork.
- **Minimum order:** No stated minimum for most garments on first orders. No minimum on repeat orders (except Baseball Caps: minimum 5 for repeats).
- **Turnaround:** Orders dispatched within 14 business days. Delivery takes approximately 7 business days depending on location. Total estimated time: ~3 weeks from payment.
